Industrial Services

Services we offer

We help industrial operators treat lubricants as an asset, not a disposable expense. Through a controlled process of filtration, dehydration, laboratory testing, and contamination control, we extend lubricant life, cut costs, and reduce environmental impact.

How we can help

Industrial Oil Reconditioning

Restoring contaminated lubricants to reliable, reusable condition. We reduce waste and maximize fluid life through advanced filtration, dehydration, and base oil correction.

Used Oil Analysis & Laboratory Services

Sampling, testing, and interpreting oil condition to support reliability programs and predictive maintenance, backed by our own laboratory.

Lubricant Consolidation Projects

Reducing overlapping products, simplifying SKUs, standardizing oils, and improving maintenance consistency across your sites.

Reliability & Maintenance Practices

Supporting customers with contamination control strategies, fluid management practices, and equipment health optimization.

Customer Support

We build long term partnerships by responding quickly, solving problems, and supporting customers at every stage of their operations.

Our Philosophy

Lubricants are an industrial asset

In heavy industry, major components such as engines, transmissions, and final drives are routinely rebuilt and returned to service many times across their operational life. Lubricants deserve the same lifecycle approach. The base oil itself often remains structurally sound long after contamination or additive depletion has pushed it outside operational targets.

Every litre of reconditioned lubricant is a litre that does not need to be extracted, refined, transported, or disposed of, a measurable reduction in CO2 equivalent emissions across the full product lifecycle.

The cleanest lubricant is the one that never needs to be manufactured.

Our Process

Advanced lubricant conditioning

A four stage process, documented end to end, with laboratory verification at every step.

01

Heated Circulation & Agitation

Continuous circulation through closed loop piping with controlled heating and agitation ensures full batch homogenization and efficient filtration.

02

High Efficiency Filtration & Dehydration

Removes metallic wear debris, silica, free and emulsified water, sludge, oxidation byproducts, and varnish precursors from high viscosity gear and hydraulic oils.

03

Viscosity Correction & Additive Restoration

Targeted blending and additive top up restore the viscosity grade and depleted additive packages to original equipment specifications where lab analysis indicates correction.

04

Laboratory Verification

On site oil analysis throughout conditioning verifies ISO cleanliness, viscosity, water content, oxidation, base oil integrity, and additive condition at multiple stages.

WyGar oil analysis laboratory

On Site Laboratory

Rapid response oil analysis in Fort McMurray

We operate an on site oil analysis laboratory using Spectro Scientific MicroLab technology, fully integrated into our conditioning process. When field samples flag high contamination, water ingress, or abnormal wear metals, we deliver results without the delays of shipping samples out of region.

Capabilities

Targeted lubricant families

We recondition the high value fluids that keep heavy equipment, mining, and oil sands operations running.

Zinc containing hydraulic oils

Transmission and hydraulic oils

Differential, final drive, and wheel motor oils

Zinc free hydraulic fluids

All lubricant families remain fully segregated throughout receiving, processing, storage, transport, and delivery, using dedicated equipment for each product family.

Why It Matters

Extending lubricant life, reducing lifecycle cost

Treating lubricants as a managed asset delivers value on two fronts.

Economic value

  • Reduced lubricant replacement costs
  • Reduced waste oil disposal volumes
  • Extended lubricant service life
  • Reduced equipment downtime from fluid contamination
  • Improved fluid cleanliness and reliability
  • Reduced inventory and procurement requirements

Environmental value

  • Reduced demand for new lubricant manufacturing
  • Lower lifecycle emissions per litre of lubricant
  • Reduced refining and transportation impact
  • Reduced waste generation and disposal
  • Improved resource efficiency
  • Supports industrial sustainability objectives
