WyGar Industries Ltd. stands behind the integrity and performance of every drop of reconditioned lubricant we process. If an equipment failure occurs as a direct result of the quality of our reconditioned lubricants, we cover the full cost of the affected components. No questions asked.

Warranty Statement

Certified to meet or exceed the original lubricant class

Our finished products are engineered, tested, and internally certified under strict quality control standards to meet or exceed the specifications of the original lubricant class.

If an equipment failure occurs as a direct result of the quality of WyGar reconditioned lubricants, the coverage conditions are met, and the failure is not excluded by the limitations below, then WyGar Industries Ltd. will cover the full cost of the affected components.

Coverage Conditions

What qualifies a claim

To qualify under the WyGar Lubrication Warranty, the following conditions must be met.

  • The lubricant in question must have been supplied, reconditioned, or certified by WyGar Industries Ltd.
  • The equipment, and any equipment used with it, must have been maintained according to manufacturer recommended service intervals and procedures.
  • Used oil analysis results must be available for the previous six months of operation.
  • Operating conditions must not have been abnormal or outside the original equipment design parameters, for example overheating, contamination, excessive loads, or coolant leaks.
  • ECU or ECM operational data must be made available for review.
  • WyGar must be given the opportunity to inspect both the equipment and the lubricant sample to verify the cause of failure. Root cause failure analysis may be requested.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty applies exclusively to equipment failures proven to be caused by lubricant quality or contamination attributable to WyGar Industries Ltd.

We are not responsible for failures resulting from mechanical defects, improper filtration, unauthorized blending, contamination introduced during handling or storage by the end user, or any other cause not attributable to WyGar Industries Ltd. WyGar is not responsible for labour related costs for component replacement or for downtime related to equipment availability.

Quality Assurance & Standards

WyGar Industries Ltd. follows rigorous used oil analysis procedures in our own independent laboratory. Our lubricant handling policies and procedures are industry leading and constantly monitored.

This includes proprietary base oil repair, additive technology, and viscosity correction, validated at multiple stages of conditioning.

Notify us right away

In the rare event of a suspected lubricant related failure, contact WyGar Industries Ltd. immediately with full details.

Provide the records

Send used oil analysis from the failed component plus six months of history, maintenance history, and ECU or ECM data.

We assess the data

Our technical specialists review the information and confirm the condition of the lubricant.

We make it right

If lubricant quality is confirmed as the root cause and the coverage conditions are met, WyGar covers the full replacement cost of the failed component.
